Having a large, flexible workforce to draw from enables us to find the right team for a particular project. Stephen Cochrane liaises closely with his Supervisor in scheduling the works and assigning the right person to the right job. A large workforce also enables us to fill gaps that may be created by illness, annual leave, etc.

A team of painters is assigned to a project, out of this team an appropriate leading hand is selected to ‘run’ the job. Stephen Cochrane and Robert Finlay oversee the projects and visit sites every day where possible to ensure that all is running smoothly.
